We can offer private tables of 8, 10 or 12 guests for full VIP hospitality within one of our shared courses facing Chase View Restaurants which are located on levels 2 and 3 of the triple tiered course facing structure overlooking the last two fences.
Our Chase View Restaurants are glass fronted, course facing and have outside viewing balconies offering fantastic views of the racecourse and of the final two fences. Betting facilities & toilets are easily accessed in the box corridor and full VIP hospitality is included –

VIP HOSPITALITY
PACKAGE 2 - The Lollipop Club (main Grandstand) & Reserved Members’ Seats
We can offer a private table for 10 x guests (less than 10 will be placed on a shared table) for full VIP hospitality within our signature suite, The Lollipop Club. The Lollipop Club is a shared 64-seater suite located on level 5 of the main Grandstand. The suite overlooks the rear of the racecourse (non-track facing) and from here you can enjoy full VIP hospitality before making your way down to the Members area (level 3) where you will view the racing from your own private reserved seats located directly over the winning post. These are the best seats in the house, and you are in the thick of the action & atmosphere. This facility is ideal for racing fanatics due to the fantastic seat location and with Mick Fitzgerald coming into the suite to go through the card.

OPTION 3 - VIP MARQUEE HOSPITALITY | Non-Track Facing |
We can offer a private table for 10 guests (less than 10 will be placed on a shared table) in our flagship VIP Marquee package which is non-track facing but is lively and extremely popular with our corporate clients as it is in a great location close to the viewing lawns, Parade Ring and Shopping Village

STEAM TRAIN TRANSFER
Steam train transfer can be added to the above package at £75.00 + VAT per person (Tues, Wed, Thurs), £85.00 + VAT (Friday)
To make the day at Cheltenham extra special you may want to consider our magnificent steam train which travels from Toddington Railway Station directly to the back of the main Grandstand at Cheltenham Racecourse. The steam train is extremely beneficial to guests as there is a lot of traffic in and around Cheltenham and it can be very difficult getting in and out of the racecourse due to heavy traffic.
With the train, you and your guest will miss all the traffic and congestion and you arrive to the racecourse relaxed, in style and together as a group.
Once guests have arrived at Toddington Railway Station, guests can relax and indulge in the nostalgic and tranquil setting. There is a live band performing on the platform, a great party atmosphere and plenty of free hard surface car parking for coaches, cars etc. All seats on board are allocated and each seat has access to a table so guests will have plenty of room to get out their racing posts and cram in some last-minute form study. A full cash bar service is also available throughout the outbound and return journey where tea, coffee, beers, wines, soft drinks and Champagne is available to purchase which is served to you by our hostesses.
The steam train will depart Toddington and will embark on a 35-minute journey through the beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds, Malvern’s and Vale of Evesham pulled by a magnificent steam train locomotive. You will arrive relaxed and in style as you pull into Cheltenham Racecourse station which is situated just a furlong from the Paddock and opposite the North entrance. You will pass close by to the traffic queuing to get in and out of the racecourse – a truly amazing and amusing experience.
The steam train will depart back to Toddington 35 minutes after the last race has finished leaving you plenty of time to collect any winnings, finish off your hospitality and return to the steam train. You will miss all the traffic in and around the Cheltenham area!
ACCOMMODATION
The 4* Indigo, Stratford-upon-Avon (35 minutes from Toddington)
To tie in with the steam train I can offer you rooms at the 4* Indigo Hotel which is a newly refurbished boutique hotel located in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. The Indigo puts you in the heart of Tudor town with its prime location opposite the site of Shakespeare’s last residence, New Place Garden. The hotel boasts contemporary with a traditional twist bedroom, an onsite two rosette restaurant and cocktail bar. It is close location to a mainline station makes this an accessible option for clients travelling from different parts of the country. A complimentary transfer (part of room rate) will also take you and your guests to / from the hotel to Toddington Railway Station, avoiding the hassle of having to book taxis / minibuses.
