We value our clients’ time and our stylists’ schedules. To ensure we can accommodate everyone fairly, please review our cancellation policy below:

For Men’s Appointments:

• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a full service charge.
   

For Women’s Hair Cutting & Colour Appointments:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% service charge.
   

We understand that emergencies happen. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to fill your spot.
